Justin Tudor-Price
Justin Tudor-PriceHead Counsellor
Justin graduated from the Honours Bachelor of Behavioural Psychology at St. Lawrence College, as well as the General Arts & Science Certificate with a focus on Behavioural Psychology. Throughout his extensive education, volunteer work, and work experience he has worked with forensic units, community addiction teams, probation clients, and youth programs. Additionally, his work in the field has focused on working with addiction and comorbid mental health issues. Justin uses a client-centered approach with empathy and unconditional positive regard at its core with a vast array of treatment modalities tailored to his clients needs in helping them on their road to recovery and wellness.
Alyson McNish
Alyson McNishCounsellor
With over 9 years in the Canadian Forces serving as a Medical Assistant, Alyson brings to the team an extensive knowledge of Addictions and PTSD, and has a passion for helping men and women overcome past traumas and addictions in a Holistic way. Alyson completed her Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario with a concentration in Psychology, and earned her Addictions Counsellor Diploma from McMaster University. Alyson is also a certified personal trainer, Health Coach and Holistic Nutritionist. What Alyson brings to the team is over 20 years of experience in the fitness, health and addictions fields. She believes in living a balanced lifestyle, and is often found biking to work, attempting to do Yoga, and teaching people how to make smoothies that heal their body and minds. Alyson’s passion is helping people to realize their unique potential and gifts, and begin to live a joyful and abundant life despite what life throws at them.
John Mamajek
John MamajekCounsellor
John graduated from McMaster University where he specialized in Addictions. He worked in the Youth Justice sector as well as the Developmental Sector dealing with high risk clients with substance abuse issues in a supervisory role and as a counselor. John also counseled youth and parents regarding substance abuse when he was working in the vulnerable sector.
John brings an understanding that addiction is real and that recovery is very much related to supports and the environments that present themselves. He intertwines an empathy and passionate interest in concurrent disorders and how they have come to exist in people’s lives.
Mariah LaBelle
Mariah LaBelleCounsellor
Mariah graduated from St. Lawrence College with an Honours Bachelor in Behavioural Psychology. Throughout her education and work experience, Mariah has worked with various populations including women in long-term addictions treatment, youth, acquired and traumatic brain injuries, and developmental disabilities. Mariah has a passion for working with those affected by addiction and specializes in working with women, trauma, and anxiety. Mariah recognizes that humans are complex beings and believes in taking a whole person approach when treating addiction. She draws from a variety of treatment modalities and works collaboratively with clients to create individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs in order to support them in entering and remaining in recovery.
Stephanye AuclairOffice Administrator
Stephanye is the Office Administrator at 1000 Islands Addiction Rehab. She is a dedicated, approachable, reliable and motivated individual. She finds great enjoyment in helping people. Stephanye takes pride in representing 1000 Island’s Addiction Rehab in a supportive role and thrives on the success of our patients. As the Office Manager she is responsible for the daily running of the office, including scheduling appointments, invoicing, issuing receipts and customer service.
